Return & Refund Policy

The buyer may apply for the return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund subject to the terms and conditions stated in this Return & Refund Policy. DozamiStore.com (“The Seller”) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

 

1.) Return/Refund of Items can be arranged under the following reasons:

  1. If the item delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
  2. If the item delivered is near expiry or expired; or
  3. If the item delivered is different from the order (e.g. specification)

 

2.) Please note it should not as a defect

  • The seller has made every effort to display the colours of each item that appear at the DozamiStore.com website, as accurately as possible.
  • However, it will depend on the display screen across devices (e.g. smartphone, notepad, camera, PC and laptop), its RGB value does not define the same.
  • All pictures shown on the site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual products, this variance will not be considered as a defect.

 

3.) Return/Refund Application Timeline

  • It is advisable that the buyer check on the item condition upon receiving. Should there be any discrepancy of item delivered and wishes for return and/or refund, please immediately notify the seller and submit the application via email or WhatsApp within the timeline as below table.
Scenario Report Timeline
a) If the item delivered is in damaged or defective condition within 24 hours of receipt
b) If the item delivered is near expiry or expired within 3 working days of receipt
c) If the item delivered is different from the order within 3 working days of receipt

 

  • Any late notification after the timeline given will not be processed as this is the seller’s company policy.
  • Information required during the return/refund application:

        - Item code

        - Order ID number

        - Photo of received items

        - Name & Contact number

        - Justified Reason of Return/Refund 

  • The seller will review each application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the application is successful. The seller will investigate the case and get back to the buyer as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for the application to be processed.

 

4.) Return Goods Shipping Fee

  • In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller (scenario a, b & c), the seller will liable for the return shipping fee.
  • In the scenario of the buyer's change of mind and last-minute cancel the return request after the processing is made, the buyer will liable for the return shipping fee.
  • Please stick to the shipping flat rate which stated on the page of Shipping & Delivery clause 2.0

 

5.) Condition of Returning Items

  • Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity, and packaging as it first delivered to the buyer together with proof of purchase.
  • In other words, the buyer should ensure that the item(s), including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the item(s), must be returned to the seller in the same condition received by the buyer on delivery. We would like to recommend the buyer shall take a photo of the item(s) upon receipt.

 

6.) Refund Policy

  • The refund is not applicable for the below:

        - the item shows signs of use.

        - the buyer is not satisfied after the item(s) had been used.

        - the item is accidental damage caused by the buyer or the third party.

  • The item(s) will be inspected upon receipt by the seller.
  • The buyer will receive a refund within 5 to 7 days after the investigation and confirmation.
  • The refund will be made to the buyer’s designated bank account.
